What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and adjust embroidery programs and machine settings for each order
  • 2Design and verify item counts, sizes, and decoration readiness for each work order
  • 3Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions such as thread breaks and tension issues
  • 4Hoop fabrics with correct tension and prepare items for decoration
  • 5Replace bobbins, trim threads, and load subsequent items for production
  • 6Observe and maintain quality during runs and report issues to supervisor
  • 7Trim excess threads and ensure finished items meet quality standards
  • 8Change threads and colors efficiently to support fast turnaround
  • 9Maintain clean work area and organize materials for next runs
  • 10Assist with basic machine maintenance and setup changes

  • 11 year experience as Embroidery Machine Operator
