- 5Adapt teaching methods to foster love of learning and prepare students for college careers and community service
- 6Prepare assessments including tests quizzes essays and projects
- 7Work collaboratively with families and staff to support student development
- 8Track academic progress and communicate results effectively
- 9Lead parent-teacher conferences and maintain positive relationships
- 10Create inclusive classroom environments promoting respect and positive relationships
- 11Implement strategies to improve student study habits and academic performance
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified Solutions Architect proficiency
- 3BCBA certification with 3-5 seasons experience
- 4Strong understanding of educational psychology and learning styles
- 5Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
- 6Proven organizational and time management skills
- 7Experience with attendance tracking and grade management systems
- 8Ability to develop creative lesson plans and instructional units
- 9Commitment to serving others and demonstrating compassion
- 10Personal relationship with Jesus Christ required
- 11Willingness to work in a faith-based educational setting
