What You'll Do13
- 1Complete preventive and proactive maintenance per schedule to prevent equipment breakdowns
- 2Investigate line stoppages using root-cause analysis skills while collaborating with other departments
- 3Act as first responder to ensure immediate mechanical assistance for production issues
- 4Support food safety and quality programs to achieve compliance goals
- 5Prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and document all activities in CMMS
- 6Repair or maintain industrial machinery through inspection assembly and replacement processes
- 7Test machinery operation using diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions
- 8Verify repair adequacy by operating newly fixed equipment
- 9Analyze test results and operator feedback to diagnose equipment problems
- 10Review maintenance reports to plan and modify future activities
- 11Inspect machines for safety and operational standards
- 12Examine systems to determine needed repairs and recommend solutions
- 13Pursue growth opportunities by seeking feedback and improving continuously
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
- 2Strong Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting and repair skills
- 3Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals
- 4Proven math skills for calculations using whole numbers fractions and decimals
- 5Willingness to work flexible hours
- 6Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities
