Electrical Wiring Technician RPC
Overview
Control panel wiring technician position starts Monday August 17th. This role involves assembling and mounting subassemblies and components in electrical control equipment. Candidates will perform independent work on wiring tasks and maintain quality standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform wiring of Control panels Switchgear Switchboards and ATS's
- 2Read wiring diagrams and work independently to complete assignments
- 3Wire electronics such as Programmable Logic Controllers PLC's
- 4Assemble electrical switchboard equipment
- 5Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and codes
- 6Maintain quality standards through inspection and testing
- 7Collaborate with peers during high demand periods
- 8Follow scheduled start/stop times and break periods
- 9Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- 10Observe and promote health and safety practices among teammates
- 11Participate in safety training programs
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing
- 2Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
- 3Proficiency with safety gear like goggles and gloves
- 4Experience with power meters and controls
- 5Familiarity with manual electric pneumatic tools templates fixtures hand carts measuring and testing equipment
- 6Knowledge of wiring schematics and point to point diagrams
- 7Strong communication skills in all formats
- 8Commitment to safety compliance
