As our Electrical Technician, you own electrical safety and uptime for boilers and building systems at Williams & Davis Boilers in Dallas. What You'll Do8

  • 1Diagnose and repair electrical faults in Boiler control panels, sensors, and actuators using schematics and ohmmeters.
  • 2Install and upgrade wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and control panels to meet safety codes and operational needs.
  • 3Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including inspections, testing, and component replacement.
  • 4Repair Boiler systems by troubleshooting controls and replacing faulty parts to maintain climate control efficiency.
  • 5Assist with plumbing repairs, including pipe leaks and valve replacements, as part of facility upkeep.
  • 6Support building maintenance tasks such as painting and carpentry to ensure a safe, functional work environment.
  • 7Conduct welding tasks for structural and equipment repairs when required, using proper safety protocols.
  • 8Communicate maintenance status and issues to team leads and facility users, ensuring clear, timely updates.

Requirements8

  • 13+ years of hands-on electrical repair experience in industrial or commercial settings.
  • 2Strong knowledge of Boiler system controls, including low-voltage and line-voltage circuits.
  • 3Proven ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting.
  • 4Experience using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters, multimeters, and thermal imagers.
  • 5Mechanical skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general facilities maintenance.
  • 6Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for precision work.
  • 7Welding certification or equivalent experience in structural and equipment repair.
  • 8English communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
