Requirements10
- 1Minimum 4 years of technical experience in building engineering
- 2Valid state driver's license and appropriate trade permits
- 3Certification in EPA Section 608 for refrigerants
- 4Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water systems
- 5Experience with energy management systems
- 6Proficiency in Outlook Excel Word and mobile devices
- 7Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
