Electrical Superintendent at Compu Dynamics
Overview
North America's premier technology infrastructure design-build partner seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical installation projects from kickoff to closeout. This role oversees safe installation, budget adherence, and quality control while supervising field personnel and coordinating with stakeholders.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own planning and supervision of electrical installation projects ensuring scope budget and schedule
- 2Review project drawings coordinate RFIs and design changes with cross-functional teams
- 3Schedule materials tools and equipment to meet project timelines
- 4Confirm utility locating prior to excavation and manage all local state inspections
- 5Lead emergency response protocols and enforce strict safety standards including OSHA compliance
- 6Generate pre-construction material lists and maintain weekly schedules for labor
- 7Prepare daily log reports documenting site conditions manpower and issues
- 8Supervise field personnel including trade contractors and in-house electricians
- 9Attend weekly operations meetings and project kickoff sessions
- 10Act as primary field communication point for design changes and material submissions
- 11Drive zero-incident job sites through proactive safety culture initiatives
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master Electrician license preferred
- 3OSHA 30 certification required
- 4Valid driver's license with ability to travel between sites
- 510+ years commercial electrical experience including field supervision
- 6Proficient in NEC and OSHA requirements with strong inspection coordination skills
- 7Strong written communication for daily logs RFIs and project documentation
- 8High school diploma or equivalent with trade or construction management education preferred
- 9Experience with data center or mission critical projects preferred
- 10Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk climb ladders regularly
