Overview
Licensed Electrical Engineer leading electrical design across healthcare institutional and commercial projects. Produce stamped construction documents coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support full project lifecycle design. Serve as internal electrical engineering resource collaborate with mechanical engineers architects and external consultants.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and stamp electrical construction documents including power lighting and grounding emergency systems
- 2Perform load calculations and size electrical distribution systems
- 3Design lighting systems ensuring energy code compliance
- 4Coordinate fire alarm and low-voltage systems with contractors and AHJs
- 5Support AV telecom security and access control systems using Revit and AutoCAD
- 6Collaborate with mechanical and architectural teams
- 7Review shop drawings RFIs and submittals
- 8Conduct site visits and support construction administration
- 9Support proposals and business development when needed
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering Master’s preferred
- 2Active PE license Electrical PE required
- 37+ years of electrical design experience in AEC environment
- 4Strong knowledge of NEC NFPA 70 NFPA 110 and NFPA 99
- 5Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- 6Strong communication and coordination skills
- 7Healthcare or institutional project experience
- 8Experience with low-voltage systems fire alarm telecom security
- 9BIM coordination experience in multidisciplinary teams

$125 - $135k per year
