Overview
Lead design and development of aircraft electrical systems and ground systems for World Wide Lan Tec. Support real programs by collaborating with experienced engineers to create scalable solutions. Shape engineering department from the ground up in a fast-growing aerospace and defense environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in design and development of aircraft electrical systems and wire harnesses
- 2Create and maintain wiring diagrams schematics cable assemblies and electrical documentation
- 3Support development of avionics RF LAN sensor power distribution and data processing systems
- 4Conduct electrical load analysis and assist system integration activities
- 5Develop engineering drawings using CAD and PLM software including Capital Harness Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- 6Participate in aircraft ground integration troubleshooting validation and testing
- 7Coordinate with manufacturing program management supply chain and production teams
- 8Support engineering change requests and configuration management processes
- 9Help develop engineering standards templates and processes as department grows
- 10Continuously learn aerospace design practices military specifications and industry standards
- 11Analyze root causes and resolve technical issues during testing phases
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 20-5 years of engineering experience
- 3Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals
- 4Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- 5Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 6Excellent communication skills
- 7Willingness to learn new software and engineering tools
- 8United States Citizen
- 9Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- 10Preferred: Experience with aircraft electrical systems wire harness design avionics integration Capital Harness Siemens NX MIL-STD documentation electrical testing
- 11Required: Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 0-5 years of engineering experience strong understanding of electrical fundamentals ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
