Overview
Hunt Electric seeks an Electrical Revit Operator to lead BDM/Preconstruction initiatives. The operator collaborates with engineers contractors and owners to deliver high quality electrical models and shop drawings. This role drives technical execution and supports project success.
What You'll Do8
- 1Develop BIM Models Create and maintain accurate 3D models of electrical systems including telecom fire alarm and security
- 2Implement BIM Execution Plan Review and execute project specifications and BIM LODs while adhering to industry standards
- 3Collaborate with project managers foremen and stakeholders to coordinate design conflict resolution
- 4Attend relevant meetings to discuss progress and design updates
- 5Produce constructable plan sets schedules and detailed drawings
- 6Support development and maintenance of project documentation standards
- 7Contribute to positive team environment through dependability and proactive attitude
- 8Act as self starter and drive continuous improvement
Requirements6
- 1Experience with BIM software such as Revit Navisworks or Revizto
- 2Proficiency in electrical systems and ability to interpret single line and plan sets
- 3Strong listening and critical thinking abilities
- 4Ability to work effectively with cloud based models
- 5MS Office suite including Word and Excel
- 6Autodesk certification or associate degree in AutoCAD Revit drafting and design
