EHSS Engineer - Integer Holdings Corporation
Overview
Integer seeks an EHSS Engineer to lead systems and drive execution of programs that maintain a safe workplace while ensuring compliance with all applicable Environmental Health Safety and Security regulations. What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design EHSS strategies aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements
- 2Lead initiatives to identify hazardous conditions through documented job hazard analyses
- 3Drive corrective actions and track resolution effectiveness for workplace safety
- 4Participate in investigations of work-related injuries and support workers’ compensation claims
- 5Conduct EHSS reviews and audits to maintain compliance with legal standards
- 6Assist EHSS Manager with government agency interactions and customer communications
- 7Champion safety committees and promote associate participation in EHSS programs
- 8Support EHSS compliance during equipment and chemical assessments
- 9Investigate incidents to determine root causes and develop prevention plans
- 10Perform internal self-assessments and prepare compliance reports
- 11Engage in EHSS committees such as Emergency Response Teams
Requirements11
- 15+ years building EHSS programs with expertise in Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification as CPC Card or BCBA
- 3Experience spanning 3-5 seasons in similar roles
- 4Strong understanding of environmental health safety and security regulations
- 5Ability to conduct job hazard analyses and implement corrective measures
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational documentation
- 7Bachelor’s degree in environmental science engineering technology or related field
- 8Familiarity with OSHA standards and industrial hygiene principles
- 9Certifications in First Aid CPR and AED
- 10Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
- 11Positive attitude with a commitment to learning and applying new knowledge
