- 1Design and implement data-driven safety programs to elevate program excellence

- 6Build strong partnerships with frontline staff and leadership to embed safety habits

- 8Climb and descend stairs at various sites to understand physical demands
- 9Maintain effective emergency care delivery and support on-site response efforts
- 10Assist with logistics operations including loading departments under variable conditions
- 11Flexible shift availability including weekends and nights
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910
- 2Minimum 1 year environmental Health & Safety experience or bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 36 months Amazon-specific safety role experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- 4Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive workplace matters
- 5Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong communication and analytical skills
- 6Proven leadership in team management and employee advocacy
- 7Experience analyzing accident data and conducting job safety analyses
- 8First Aid and CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross obtained within 3 weeks of start date
