Overview
Lead an educational community by creating a loving and joyful environment for children and teachers. Own purposeful play and nurture confidence through balanced learning philosophy. This is a full-time position supporting two year olds at Primrose School of Andover.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement daily activities aligned with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
- 2Assess developmental needs and guide individualized learning paths
- 3Maintain classroom environment and ensure cleanliness standards
- 4Collaborate with parents and faculty on student progress
- 5Deliver professional development workshops and onboarding sessions
- 6Execute CPR/First Aid training protocols for staff safety
- 7Supervise group instruction for a rotating schedule of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience in early childhood education
- 2EEC Certification and knowledge of Spark and Airflow
- 33-5 seasons leading classrooms
- 4Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs
- 5Commitment to balanced learning approach
