Overview
Own visitor engagement at Easton Town Center as a part time weekend ambassador. Deliver high standard customer service while collaborating with security and management. Differentiate yourself by building strong relationships with tenants and guests.
What You'll Do11
- 1Calibrate with all Easton staff members to facilitate a safe clean shopping environment
- 2Greet and interact with all visitors providing exceptional customer service
- 3Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Easton Town Center property
- 4Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to management staff
- 5Resolve visitor concerns promptly and effectively
- 6Develop relationships with tenants and staff through attentive assistance
- 7Address complaints and enforce the Code of Conduct including behavior attire and prohibited actions
- 8Enforce Parental Escort Policy by engaging juveniles in groups of four or more and supervising community rooms when needed
- 9Communicate with security and police departments using verbal and radio channels
- 10Foster unified relationships with security and police officers on duty
- 11Demonstrate patience friendliness and commitment to inclusion and diversity
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high volume retail environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 6Proven ability to connect with diverse public groups
