Overview
Sales Advisor leading customer service and sales at H&M store. Provide excellent customer experience while maintaining clean store environment. Work collaboratively with team to achieve daily sales targets.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding shoppers through store and OMNI experience
- 2Promote products and guide customers through fashion trends and stories
- 3Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices
- 4Complete full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming
- 5Maintain clean sales floor and back of house including stockrooms
- 6Contribute to visual merchandising and display presentations
- 7Ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines
- 8Follow H&S guidelines and legal requirements
- 9Support opening and closing procedures
- 10Use in-store services like Care App and Click & Collect
- 11Participate in training and development programs
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 3Knowledge of React framework
- 4Familiarity with CMS platforms
- 5Understanding of inventory management systems
