Support Early Childhood General and Judaic Studies Teachers at Brandeis Hebrew Academy, a premier Jewish Day School in Lawrence, NY. What You'll Do6
- 1Support lead teachers in delivering classroom lessons and hands-on projects
- 2Engage young learners in activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- 3Collaborate with general and Judaic studies teachers on lesson planning and implementation
- 4Assist in maintaining a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment
- 5Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
- 6Supervise children during activities, transitions, and playtime
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree required
- 22+ years teaching experience preferred
- 3Hebrew language proficiency preferred
- 4Passion for early childhood education and working with young learners
- 5Ability to work in person at the Lawrence, NY campus
- 6Full-time availability for contract role
