What You'll Do5
- 1Operate dump trucks on routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations and DOT standards.
- 2Load, secure, transport, and unload construction debris, gravel, or other materials using proper techniques.
- 3Navigate routes with GPS to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel efficiency.
- 4Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, checking fluids, brakes, tires, lights, and safety equipment.
- 5Communicate with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and route adjustments.
Requirements5
- 1Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- 2Manual transmission experience required (8LL transmission).
- 3Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including dump trucks or tractor-trailers.
- 4Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, and safety protocols.
- 5Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning.
Salary Insight
$67 - $73k per year
