What You'll Do7
- 1Review project plans specifications and blueprints to determine scope of work for drywall installation and finishing
- 2Prepare detailed cost estimates using HeavyBid and Bluebeam including labor materials equipment and subcontractor costs
- 3Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions gather accurate measurements and evaluate logistical considerations for drywall work
- 4Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards are met
- 5Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate project timelines budgets and resource allocations
- 6Monitor project progress and implement cost control measures to stay within budget parameters
- 7Review contracts and scope of work documents to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- 3Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors
- 4Extensive knowledge of drywall materials installation techniques and finishing processes
- 5Construction site experience to accurately assess conditions and logistical challenges
- 6Solid understanding of construction management principles including cost control and project scheduling
- 7Ability to interpret blueprints technical drawings and contract documents clearly
- 8Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients team members and suppliers
Salary Insight
$90 - $120k per year
