As a Driver at Atria Senior Living, you own safe and courteous transportation for residents, operating vehicles from a 7-16 passenger bus to a limousine. You coordinate vehicle maintenance, assist residents with boarding, and support the Engage Life Director and Maintenance Director. Own safe, timely resident transport across Dallas with CDL Class C authority. Coordinate routes and vehicle readiness to support daily operations, focusing on reliability and safety. You will drive residents to scheduled destinations and staff the reception desk at Carnegie Heights, a Brightwater Independent Living Community in Las Vegas. As the first face of the community, you greet residents and guests, handle calls, maintain records, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. You balance safe driving with front desk duties, supporting operations in a senior living setting. This role combines transportation, hospitality, and clerical work, making it dynamic and rewarding.

You will own resident transport for the Masonic Home in Covina, driving seniors to medical appointments, pharmacies, and recreation trips in a handicap accessible van. You report to the RCFE Health Service Manager and coordinate with the Health Service Assistant, handling both scheduled runs and emergency 911 calls. You master vehicle safety inspections, resident transfer techniques, and MSDS protocols, while training new drivers on these procedures. This role stands out for its blend of driving, resident care, and administrative duties like petty cash reconciliation, within a supportive team focused on senior well-being.
