What You'll Do7
- 1Diagnose drain and sewer line issues using camera inspection and manual testing
- 2Operate drain-cleaning equipment like hydro-jetters and augers to clear blockages
- 3Locate and identify blockages, breaks, roots, and other line problems with precision
- 4Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe on every job
- 5Provide professional, courteous customer service while explaining findings and solutions
- 6Document work performed and report field observations to the dispatch team
- 7Adapt to changing job sites and prioritize safety protocols without supervision
Requirements5
- 12+ years of drain or sewer experience, including hands-on work with sewer drain machines
- 2Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 3Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- 4Strong communication and problem-solving skills for client interactions
- 5Reliable and professional, able to work independently or as part of a team
