What You'll Do11
- 1Diagnose drain issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- 2Complete drain cleaning jetting and cable work
- 3Provide camera service for mainline stoppages
- 4Describe diagnosed problems and generate sales opportunities
- 5Obtain service agreements before performing work
- 6Identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue
- 7Maintain truck inventory and restock to minimum levels
- 8Remove and reset toilets and P-traps
- 9Operate equipment safely and wear PPE
- 10Communicate professionally with customers and staff
- 11Participate in required staff meetings and training
Requirements5
- 12 or more years of sewer and drain cleaning experience
- 2Experience operating a sewer camera
- 3Knowledge of septic systems and underground piping
- 4Ability to repair underground drains using excavation or trenchless methods
- 5Strong communication and professionalism
