What You'll Do8
- 1Clean and clear clogged drains using hydro jetting equipment and electric drain snakes.
- 2Inspect drain lines with camera systems to identify root intrusion, pipe damage, or blockages.
- 3Install, maintain, and repair residential drain systems, including P-traps and cleanouts.
- 4Test plumbing systems for water flow and pressure, checking for leaks and compliance.
- 5Diagnose drainage problems and prepare accurate cost estimates for customers.
- 6Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, solutions, and preventive tips clearly.
- 7Respond to service calls in a company vehicle, managing your own route and schedule.
- 8Document inspections and repairs with photos and notes for accurate records.
Requirements7
- 13+ years as a drain technician or plumbing helper in residential plumbing.
- 2Proven experience using a jetter and camera for drain inspection.
- 3Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods and techniques.
- 4Superb customer service skills with honesty, dependability, and reliability.
- 5Physical dexterity to handle tools and equipment in tight spaces.
- 6Must pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
- 7Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
