Draft Beer Quality Technician, Nashville
Overview
You will own draft beer line cleaning and servicing across Nashville bars and restaurants, ensuring perfect pints for thousands of customers daily. You will build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders while keeping their systems spotless. You will join a trusted team in the beer industry with full training on draft beer systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role offers stable Monday-Friday hours, no nights or weekends, and a clear path to grow within the beer industry. You will operate independently on a route, with mileage reimbursement and a benefits package valued at $10k+.
What You'll Do8
- 1Clean and service draft beer lines at customer locations to maintain beer quality and taste.
- 2Build and maintain relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on your daily route.
- 3Diagnose and troubleshoot draft beer system issues to prevent contamination or off-flavors.
- 4Complete assigned routes within each bi-weekly cleaning cycle, meeting eligibility for bonuses.
- 5Document and report cleaning activities, system conditions, and customer feedback.
- 6Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including beer line cleaning machines and CO2 regulators.
- 7Adhere to safety protocols, including using non-slip shoes and following the Stop the Slip program.
- 8Represent the company professionally to enhance customer trust and repeat business.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED.
- 2At least 18 years of age.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- 4Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- 5Hands-on quick learner with mechanical aptitude.
- 6Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- 7No previous experience required; training provided in draft beer system operations and maintenance.
