Overview

The District Support Director at The Gardner School leads operational and leadership support across multiple schools. What You'll Do22

  • 1Provide leadership coverage and operational support across district schools based on business and staffing needs
  • 2Support schools during leadership transitions staffing gaps enrollment growth onboarding periods
  • 3Partner with Executive School Directors and school leadership teams to maintain alignment with Gardner School standards
  • 4Ensure consistency in operational execution family experience and leadership practices across district schools
  • 5Support classroom coverage and staffing coordination to maintain safe and effective school operations
  • 6Identify operational gaps escalate concerns and support follow-through on action items
  • 7Implement company initiatives operational processes and best practices across schools
  • 8Maintain compliance with licensing requirements health and safety standards and company policies
  • 9Keep organized school operations operational readiness and documentation standards
  • 10Assist with enrollment-related activities tours family follow-up lead management and execution of enrollment priorities
  • 11Support budget awareness and financial activities labor management supply oversight expense awareness
  • 12Handle scheduling ratio management opening and closing responsibilities and daily operational organization
  • 13Provide additional leadership support during high-volume operational periods school events enrollment initiatives
  • 14Support implementation of district initiatives and best practices across schools

  • 16Onboard coach and develop school team members when appropriate
  • 17Reinforce positive collaborative and solutions-oriented culture within schools

  • 19Partner with Executive School Directors and Assistant Directors to address operational priorities
  • 20Gain exposure to leadership responsibilities including staffing enrollment parent communication compliance team development financial awareness and operational planning
  • 21Participate in leadership development experiences and district-level initiatives to broaden operational knowledge
  • 22Develop decision-making communication organizational and leadership skills through hands-on district support

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading educational programs
  • 3Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education Business or related field
  • 4Director Qualified in the relevant state/market
  • 5Previous leadership experience in an early childhood education environment
  • 6Ability to lead with professionalism flexibility and strong communication skills
  • 7Strong organizational skills with ability to adapt quickly to changing operational and school needs
  • 8Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple school teams
  • 9Working knowledge of licensing standards and early childhood school operations preferred
  • 10Ability to travel regularly between schools within the district
  • 11Frequent travel between schools within the district required
