Eurest seeks a District Manager leading a cross-functional team in Boston to drive operational excellence and client success. This role owns P&L for multiple accounts while fostering strong relationships and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and develop Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services to deliver exceptional service
- 2Drive profitability and safety metrics through strategic planning and execution
- 3Collaborate with Sales Retention and Finance teams on proposals and financial planning
- 4Serve as brand ambassador representing territory at client events
- 5Ensure compliance with regional policies and conduct regular audits
- 6Champion employee development through performance evaluations and training
- 7Own financial results and provide timely reports for district territories
- 8Maintain consistent administration of policies and procedures across operations
- 9Travel extensively to support account management and team development
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree or five years progressive experience in food service hospitality management
- 2Strong leadership background with expertise in contract/budget management and people development
- 3Proven track record of growing businesses and demonstrating financial proficiency
- 4Excellent communication skills with written and verbal presentations
- 5Ability to think quickly and analyze complex situations strategically
- 6Experience with Microsoft Suite and diverse work environments
- 7Commitment to inclusive leadership and proactive problem solving
Salary Insight
$135 - $150k per year
