What You'll Do11
- 1Receive incoming merchandise shipments and verify accuracy against packing lists
- 2Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport to storage areas
- 3Inspect merchandise for damage and report issues to supervisors
- 4Stock shelves and racks following established procedures
- 5Rotate stock to maintain freshness and visibility
- 6Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- 7Perform periodic inventory counts and stock audits
- 8Assist with restocking displays and promotional areas
- 9Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area
- 10Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE
- 11Collaborate with team members to enhance sales
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Previous retail warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
- 3Ability to lift 50-70 lbs safely
- 4Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 5Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
- 6Flexibility for peak business hours
- 7Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
- 8Commitment to company policies and standards
- 9Physical stamina to stand and perform tasks for extended periods
- 10Basic math skills for inventory counting
