- 7Manage facility operations including opening/closing procedures and safety checklists
- 8Conduct staff audits to guarantee consistent service and operational standards
- 9Maintain compliance with internal policies and federal state and local regulations
- 10Deliver clear directives to align staff on production and sales goals
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in beverage production environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner recommended
- 65+ years designing scalable distribution networks
- 73-5 years managing cross-functional teams
- 8Lean Six Sigma methodology experience
- 9OSHA compliance training mandatory
- 10Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
