What You'll Do10
- 1Wash dishes glassware flatware pots pans using dishwashers or hand
- 2Sanitize all items following health regulations
- 3Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area floors walls counters
- 4Remove trash regularly and place in designated containers
- 5Handle and maintain dishwashing equipment report malfunctions to Kitchen Manager
- 6Replenish cleaning supplies such as detergent sanitizers towels
- 7Sort and organize clean dishes utensils equipment for efficient kitchen access
- 8Assist with receiving deliveries and storing items appropriately
- 9Cross-train across various restaurant roles to expand responsibilities
- 10Support additional duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- 2Dexterity to operate industrial dishwashing machines handle pots pans and other equipment with attention to detail
- 3Understanding of health and safety regulations in kitchen settings
- 4Familiarity with measurement systems
- 5Strong work ethic reliability and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- 6Ability to bend reach overhead stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
