What You'll Do11
- 1Scrape and rinse food from dishes and wash them manually or via equipment
- 2Wash pots pans and trays according to procedures
- 3Polish silver using specific machines and tools
- 4Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- 5Ensure temperature and chemical levels meet safety standards
- 6Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety regulations
- 7Clean worktables walls refrigerators and other food prep surfaces
- 8Remove trash and place in designated containers
- 9Steam clean or hose garbage cans
- 10Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- 11Help load and unload supplies and products
