Overview

This is a unique, paid opportunity for a practicing US-based clinician to lend your expertise to an AI evaluation project. You'll help design and critique rubrics that assess commercial drugs and development programs, focusing on whether clinical trial outcomes would shift prescribing habits. This is a short-term pilot with the possibility of ongoing work as the project expands — all fully remote.

What You'll Do4

  • 1Build and assess scoring rubrics that evaluate marketed medications and drug-development initiatives
  • 2Analyze clinical trial endpoints and determine whether the data would influence real-world prescribing decisions
  • 3Apply your therapeutic-area knowledge to estimate how new evidence might shape adoption in practice
  • 4Work through a defined set of drugs and programs during the pilot, documenting your clinical reasoning

Requirements4

  • 1Active board certification and current practice as an MD/DO in a specific clinical specialty
  • 2Deep familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical research and development workflows
  • 3Strong ability to interpret trial endpoints, judge clinical significance, and anticipate prescribing impacts
  • 4Based in the US or deeply experienced with the US healthcare and drug-market context

Who Should Apply

You're a practicing, board-certified physician who knows the ins and outs of your therapeutic area — from how trials are designed to how new evidence actually changes what gets prescribed. You're comfortable with nuanced clinical judgment and enjoy translating complex data into practical, real-world assessments. If you've ever wondered how AI can learn from expert clinical reasoning, this is your chance to shape that.
