Overview
We seek experienced Clinicians specializing in Oncology and Hematology to enhance AI systems through expert medical judgment. You will evaluate clinical content and provide guidance for next-generation AI projects.
What You'll Do7
- 1Author and review clinical evaluation tasks requiring advanced oncology and hematology expertise
- 2Analyze clinical study reports safety reports regulatory documents and trial materials to assess medical accuracy
- 3Evaluate clinical relevance of efficacy and safety conclusions including endpoints and treatment outcomes
- 4Assess dose escalation strategies dose-limiting toxicities adverse event grading attribution and patient safety narratives
- 5Review benefit-risk assessments and identify clinically inconsistent inaccurate or implausible interpretations
- 6Provide structured guideline-based written explanations of clinical reasoning and findings
- 7Support AI model training by delivering high-quality clinical evaluations and expert feedback
Requirements6
- 15+ years of post-training clinical experience
- 2Direct experience with clinical trials as an investigator sub-investigator medical monitor safety physician or clinical development physician
- 3Experience reviewing clinical trial documents including protocols investigator brochures clinical study reports safety narratives and DSMB IDMC materials
- 4Strong understanding of oncology and hematology response criteria and clinical endpoints
- 5Excellent written communication skills with ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly
- 6Peer-reviewed publications or authorship of clinical trial manuscripts is a plus

$312 - $416k per year
