Clinician Expert, Oncology & Hematology
Overview
You will own clinical evaluation tasks for an AI healthcare system, assessing oncology and hematology trial data. Your expertise in Oncology and Hematology drives the accuracy of next-generation AI. You will work with a remote team of clinicians and AI engineers. This role requires no prior AI experience; your clinical judgment matters most.
What You'll Do7
- 1Author and review clinical evaluation tasks requiring advanced Oncology and Hematology expertise.
- 2Analyze clinical study reports, safety reports, and regulatory documents to assess medical accuracy.
- 3Evaluate the clinical relevance of efficacy and safety conclusions, including endpoints and treatment outcomes.
- 4Assess dose escalation strategies, dose-limiting toxicities, and adverse event grading per CTCAE.
- 5Review benefit-risk assessments and identify clinically inconsistent interpretations.
- 6Provide structured, guideline-based written explanations of clinical reasoning.
- 7Support AI model training by delivering high-quality clinical evaluations and expert feedback.
Requirements6
- 1Board certification or specialist registration in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology is preferred.
- 25+ years of post-training clinical experience.
- 3Direct experience with clinical trials as an investigator, sub-investigator, medical monitor, safety physician, or clinical development physician.
- 4Experience reviewing protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, safety narratives, and DSMB/IDMC materials.
- 5Strong understanding of response criteria: RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, ELN.
- 6Excellent written communication skills to explain complex clinical concepts.
