Clinician Expert will own clinical evaluation for AI systems at YO AI Labs, shaping next-generation healthcare tools. They will author and review tasks requiring Oncology and Hematology expertise, analyze clinical trial data, and provide expert judgment on safety and efficacy. Working remotely with a team of clinicians and engineers, they will support AI model training with high-quality feedback. This role leverages clinical expertise without requiring prior AI experience, offering a direct impact on patient care.
What You'll Do8
- 1Author and review clinical evaluation tasks using Oncology and Hematology expertise.
- 2Analyze clinical study reports, safety documents, and trial materials for medical accuracy.
- 3Evaluate endpoint outcomes like ORR, DoR, PFS, OS, and MRD for clinical relevance.
- 4Assess dose escalation strategies and dose-limiting toxicities to ensure patient safety.
- 5Apply CTCAE grading and attribution for adverse events in patient narratives.
- 6Review benefit-risk assessments and flag inconsistent interpretations.
- 7Deliver structured, guideline-based explanations of clinical reasoning.
- 8Support AI model training by providing expert feedback on evaluations.
Requirements9
- 15+ years post-training clinical experience in Oncology or Hematology.
- 2Board certification or specialist registration in Medical Oncology or Hematology.
- 3Direct experience as investigator, sub-investigator, medical monitor, or safety physician in clinical trials.
- 4Expertise in response criteria: RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN.
- 5Skilled in CTCAE grading, dose escalation, and adverse event attribution.
- 6Proven ability to review clinical trial documents like protocols, IBs, and DSMB materials.
- 7Excellent written communication to explain complex clinical concepts.
- 8Preferred: experience with medical monitoring, adjudication committees, or independent review.
- 9Preferred: peer-reviewed publications or AI-assisted review experience.
