What You'll Do10

  • 1Build discovery plans and calendars for assigned cases to ensure timely responses and filings
  • 2Design and issue discovery requests and responses in proper pleading format for attorney review
  • 3Lead tracking of discovery and trial deadlines to maintain compliance across cases
  • 4Own intake meetings with clients to obtain responses and supplemental information
  • 5Ship electronically filed pleadings and discovery documents through court e filing systems
  • 6Maintain organized discovery files and indexes for easy retrieval
  • 7Collaborate with opposing counsel and legal staff to exchange information and resolve issues
  • 8Monitor and manage discovery timelines to avoid delays and ensure timely service
  • 9Ensure accuracy and completeness of discovery responses before filing
  • 10Support trial preparation by organizing discovered materials and communications
