Director Value and Risk Advisory - Commercial Real Estate Valuation

We seek a Director to lead our Multifamily Value and Risk Advisory team. This role shapes a brighter way for clients by delivering accurate valuations and strategic advice. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments and drives impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do5
- 1Complete client‑ready valuation reports covering complex scenarios and cash flow analyses
- 2Originate select work while partnering with leadership to identify high‑value targets
- 3Spend majority of time finishing assignments and coaching analysts and associates
- 4Personally inspect assignments and mentor team members during reviews
- 5Attend at least one local commercial real estate event annually
Requirements5
- 1State certified general appraiser license with active CG license in specified regions
- 2Master Argus competency for national institutional team members
- 3Minimum 1 year of holding CG license and sign sign reports
- 4Education: Ongoing participation in JLLU and mastery of Associate Director skillset
- 5Full competency in core skills with beginner proficiency in project management
Salary Insight
$130 - $150k per year
