Overview
Lead Treasury and Corporate Finance initiatives for a hybrid work environment in Houston focusing on debt management and capital strategy. Partner with VP – Treasurer and CFO to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own debt related transactions at corporate and project levels while collaborating with the VP – Treasurer and CFO
- 2Manage relationships with Moody’s S&P and Fitch credit rating agencies
- 3Lead process improvements and implement new systems for treasury operations
- 4Mentor and develop a team of analysts providing guidance and career growth support
- 5Produce corporate finance analyses covering cost of capital interest rate hedging and liquidity
- 6Coordinate executive reporting including debt compliance scorecards and financial disclosures
- 7Develop medium term cash forecasts aligned with long term projections
- 8Establish cross departmental relationships to influence financial outcomes
- 9Drive capital markets due diligence to enhance liquidity and evaluate transaction opportunities
- 10Head debt compliance covenant calculations and prepare periodic compliance documentation
- 11Utilize PowerBI for financial visualizations and reporting
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Finance Treasury or related field with 8-10 years of corporate treasury experience
- 2Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 3Proven leadership in capital markets project finance or corporate treasury
- 4Experience with TMS ETRM and ERP platforms
- 5Strong analytical abilities and results orientation with minimal supervision
- 6Excellent project management skills across multiple functional groups
- 7Knowledge of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 8Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments in energy sector
- 9Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and strategic financial decisions
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
