What You'll Do10
- 1Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, delivering measurable business results.
- 2Drive commercialization of new products, coordinating cross-functional planning and go-to-market readiness.
- 3Develop and execute strategic plans that support long-term business priorities and operational excellence.
- 4Build partnerships with senior leaders to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- 5Manage and mentor the Continuous Improvement team, prioritizing work to maximize business impact.
- 6Oversee the FIJI Water PMO, ensuring project governance and portfolio management through the Senior Manager.
- 7Develop organizational CI capabilities via coaching, training, and leadership development.
- 8Champion Lean and change management methodologies to improve processes and eliminate waste.
- 9Lead cross-functional teams to investigate business challenges and implement sustainable improvements.
- 10Establish standardized processes and performance measures to improve operational effectiveness.
Requirements9
- 110+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, technology, or finance.
- 2MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- 3Demonstrated executive presence.
- 4Experience managing team members and developing junior employees.
- 5Exceptional problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
- 6Proactive self-starter with a track record of initiative.
- 7Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- 8Excellent communication and partnership building skills.
- 9Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Salary Insight
$190 - $220k per year
