- 7Drive Board scorecard updates and improvement recommendations
- 8Design information sharing processes between board levels
- 9Communicate with Co-CEOs on scope and content
- 10Lead State of Uncommon presentation
- 11Manage organization-wide communications calendar
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree
- 25–6 years relevant experience
- 3Project management experience in nonprofit or education settings
- 4Board governance background
- 5Proficiency with Excel and project management tools
- 6Master's degree preferred in business administration or related field
- 7Experience in education or mission-driven organizations
- 8Physical ability to sit at desk
- 9Minimal travel requirement
- 10Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
