- 3Translates customer insights market dynamics and competitive intelligence into clear product requirements
- 4Determines long-range roadmap direction based on market needs product gaps opportunities and emerging trends
- 5Drives assay/content portfolio strategy as part of broader solution roadmap
- 6Develops business cases value propositions proposals to support prioritization of new features capabilities and investments
- 7Partners with finance strategy senior leadership to align portfolio investments with business objectives
- 8Product Lifecycle Management serves as senior PM leader and customer advocate across full development lifecycle
- 9Guides tradeoff decisions ensures cohesive scalable differentiated solution
- 10Defines product positioning by customer segment in partnership with platform assay and software teams
- 11Actively tracks product performance metrics voice of customer and competitive activity to inform continuous improvement
- 12Cross-Functional Leadership partners with R&D platforms assay development software regulatory quality systems integration and operations
- 13Collaborates with marketing medical affairs regional teams to support product strategy alignment and launch readiness
- 14Influences stakeholders across organization aligns product direction priorities and execution plans
- 15Drives product service workflow inputs to broader platform software assay technical roadmaps
- 16Serves as key subject matter expert representing integrated product vision to senior leadership and external stakeholders

- 22Requires Bachelor’s degree minimum 18 years experience with 10+ years management or PhD with 12 years experience
- 23BS or BA in life sciences molecular biology engineering genomics related field advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 24Demonstrated experience leading product strategy execution for complex multi-component products or systems
- 25Experience developing launching sustaining products in IVD environments
- 26Strong understanding of clinical customers laboratory workflows
- 27Proven ability leading high performing teams
- 28Ability to manage cross functional teams and influence across organization including senior leadership
- 29Exceptional time and project management skills independently prioritizing competing demands
- 30Strong written verbal and executive presentation skills
- 31Thrive in fast-paced rapidly changing environment
