What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as primary point of contact for family offices RIAs and Prime clients on trading and operational matters
- 2Oversee daily trade‑related support including order inquiries execution status trade adjustments and settlement issues
- 3Analyze client activity margin usage and risk exposures to monitor margin calls and communicate proactively with clients and internal risk teams
- 4Maintain strong relationships with internal trading desks risk teams and external market participants
- 5Coordinate with Prime Brokerage Securities Lending and municipal bond underwriting to ensure seamless execution
- 6Implement processes to streamline margin calls and resolve collateral shortfalls efficiently
- 7Drive improvements in client trading experience through clear communication and timely resolutions
- 8Lead initiatives that enhance accuracy and market awareness within the trading desk
Requirements5
- 1Series 7 57 and 63 licenses Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or Economics 7-10+ years financial industry experience
- 2Brokerage or trading experience strongly preferred
- 3Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- 4Collaborative team‑oriented proactive mindset
- 5Highly self‑motivated with strong work ethic and ability to balance multiple tasks under tight deadlines
