What You'll Do11
- 1Service trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network and facilitate equity and option transactions
- 2Field inquiries regarding securities policies quotes and fees
- 3Diligently process trade errors for firm and representatives
- 4Prioritize information needing immediate attention and ensure timely follow-up
- 5Own and ship orders while maintaining high attention to detail
- 6Drive risk management processes and support trade error resolution
- 7Work independently with strong communication skills
- 8Maintain quality standards and meet departmental expectations
- 9Participate in a team environment to contribute to client service
- 10Handle customer service inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
- 11Execute daily tasks as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21+ years experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer settings
- 3Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or related field preferred
- 4FINRA Series 7 & 63 license required
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Internet Explorer Outlook PowerPoint
- 6Excellent communication organizational skills and quick learning ability
- 7Strong customer focus and high attention to detail
- 8Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- 9CRM experience Salesforce experience preferred
- 10Valid work authorization for US employment
