Overview

Strategic leader responsible for vision and performance of NAIS's online learning portfolio. Sets direction for asynchronous courses webinars virtual events podcasts and online learning communities. Accountable for impact quality and business performance of these offerings.

What You'll Do12

  • 1Strategic Leadership of Online Learning Set and own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for NAIS's online learning portfolio aligning with organizational priorities and member needs.
  • 2Define portfolio mix across asynchronous courses webinars podcasts virtual events and online communities making strategic decisions about where to invest scale or sunset offerings.
  • 3Establish learning engagement and business goals for the online learning portfolio and report progress to senior leadership.
  • 4Identify and pursue new growth opportunities including new course formats audience segments partnership models and revenue streams.
  • 5Serve as NAIS's internal thought leader on online learning contributing to broader organizational strategy and representing online learning in cross-functional planning.
  • 6Own the data and analytics function for online learning including defining key metrics measuring portfolio health learner outcomes course efficacy and business performance.
  • 7Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tracking enrollment completion engagement satisfaction learning outcomes retention and revenue across the online learning portfolio.
  • 8Analyze course performance to evaluate instructional effectiveness identify what works and recommend evidence based improvements to content structure and delivery.
  • 9Use learner and market data to inform new course development decisions including topic selection format pricing and audience targeting.
  • 10Conduct business analytics on the online learning portfolio researching pricing demand conversion lifetime value and revenue performance translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • 11Establish feedback loops surveys interviews and learning data connecting learner experience to instructional design decisions.
  • 12Partner with finance marketing and membership colleagues to align online learning analytics with broader organizational data and reporting.

  • 23-5 seasons leading digital learning initiatives
  • 35+ years experience designing and developing online courses including asynchronous formats
  • 43-5 seasons managing large scale learning programs
  • 52-5 seasons facilitating live virtual sessions for adult learners
  • 61 season experience with LMS platforms and course authoring tools
  • 72 seasons working with multimedia development teams
