Overview
Branex Group seeks a Director of Sales leading North American automotive sales growth. This leader will develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and build a high-performing sales organization. The role focuses on expanding market position within automotive and industrial sectors.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand customer base and industry presence
- 2Identify and pursue new business opportunities with automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers
- 3Prospect customers through networking and industry events
- 4Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- 5Analyze market trends and competitive opportunities
- 6Lead sales process from prospecting to purchase order award
- 7Coordinate with Engineering and Finance on RFQs and proposals
- 8Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- 9Establish sales KPIs and report performance to leadership
- 10Recruit and develop internal sales team
- 11Participate in customer meetings and industry conferences

- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
- 210+ years B2B sales experience in automotive manufacturing
