What You'll Do9
- 1Lead daily operations of Purchasing Receiving and Storeroom teams to ensure efficient procurement processes and inventory control
- 2Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while identifying high-quality products and competitive pricing opportunities
- 3Ensure compliance with Four Seasons purchasing policies internal controls contract requirements and competitive bidding procedures
- 4Partner with Finance Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to support business needs and cost management initiatives
- 5Monitor inventory levels storeroom organization receiving procedures and monthly reporting to optimize operational efficiency
- 6Oversee forecasting budgeting and inventory activities related to operating supplies equipment and capital projects
- 7Recruit coach train and develop Purchasing team members while fostering a collaborative high-performing culture
- 8Analyze purchasing trends and costs providing recommendations that enhance quality standards and support financial objectives
- 9Drive strategic sourcing initiatives that align with brand values and elevate guest experiences
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud fundamentals knowledge
- 45+ years managing hotel purchasing operations
- 53-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 6Microsoft Office proficiency and procurement software expertise
- 72+ years in Director of Purchasing roles
- 8Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making abilities
