What You'll Do9
- 1Standardize how Fox runs by aligning branch workflows and operating procedures across the airport network to maintain consistent performance
- 2Establish and enforce operational KPIs such as labor productivity revenue per day upsell conversion rate and customer satisfaction
- 3Improve labor productivity and scheduling efficiency at the branch level
- 4Drive fleet turnaround and vehicle-readiness discipline to protect revenue days
- 5Streamline daily operations and eliminate wasteful costs
- 6Deploy Lean and continuous improvement practices at the location level and coach teams to sustain them
- 7Build repeatable counter sales and upsell habits that boost performance while energizing frontline teams
- 8Coach leaders who sustain gains by partnering with Managing Directors and senior leadership to report progress against measurable targets
- 9Partner with Managing Director and senior leadership on transformation priorities
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Operations Management Business or related field
- 2Eight or more years of operational leadership experience including multi-site continuous improvement or operational excellence
- 3Track record of standardizing operations and improving measurable performance across multiple locations
- 4Experience building and coaching frontline or counter sales performance programs
- 5Hands-on continuous improvement experience is essential with Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
- 6Fluency in operational metrics such as productivity revenue per day upsell conversion rate and customer satisfaction
- 7Strong coaching and change management skills that drive adoption and keep teams engaged
- 8Ability to operate in fast-moving turnaround environments with urgency
- 9Willingness to travel up to 50 percent across multiple markets
- 10Expertise with Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 11Certification CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
