Requirements6
- 16+ years experience in life sciences recruiting RPO or talent consulting with business development achievements exceeding $1 million annually
- 2Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within life sciences industry
- 3Established senior-level network across biotech pharmaceutical or medical device organizations
- 4Exceptional executive presence operating as credible consultative partner to C-suite and HR leaders
- 5Experience in matrixed cross-functional enterprise environment
- 6Ability to travel up to 30%
