What You'll Do11
- 1Build a structured pipeline of target financial institutions, tracking each across stages from awareness to committed.
- 2Develop deep relationships with senior decision-makers at banks, exchanges, clearing houses, and market infrastructure providers.
- 3Cultivate internal champions within each target institution, building coalitions for durable progress.
- 4Execute an advisor and influencer strategy, engaging consulting firms and intermediaries that shape chain selection decisions.
- 5Maintain a real-time view of institutional evaluations of competing chains and synthesize insights.
- 6Develop sharp positioning for why Monad is the better fit for specific institutional use cases.
- 7Represent Monad in industry forums and working groups shaping institutional blockchain strategy.
- 8Own the operational cadence of institutional communications, drafting updates and preparing meeting materials.
- 9Monitor sentiment across institutional channels, surfacing shifts with recommended responses.
- 10Manage logistics and follow-through to ensure no stakeholder goes dark.
- 11Develop and maintain Monad's institutional narrative, ensuring technical credibility.
Requirements7
- 16-10 years in financial institution partnerships, institutional BD, management consulting with a financial services focus, or a crypto infrastructure company.
- 2Direct exposure to how large financial institutions evaluate, procure, and adopt new technology infrastructure.
- 3Existing relationships within financial institutions, consulting firms, or the institutional crypto ecosystem.
- 4Exceptional written communication for investor updates and institutional materials.
- 5Familiarity with token markets and institutional investor behavior.
- 6Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with different audiences and timelines.
- 7Analytically sharp enough to track competitive dynamics and synthesize feedback.
