What You'll Do9
- 1Design and ship blockchain systems and smart contracts for EVM Solana and Cosmos SDK platforms
- 2Lead technical design of secure deployment pipelines testing frameworks and audit processes
- 3Conduct deep technical reviews and audits of smart contracts ensuring security scalability and compliance
- 4Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies protocols and tooling to enhance digital asset capabilities
- 5Drive tokenization frameworks on-chain asset lifecycle management and cross-chain interoperability solutions
- 6Lead evaluation and integration of DeFi protocols staking infrastructure liquidity solutions and institutional-grade custody platforms
- 7Establish best practices for blockchain security smart contract governance protocol monitoring threat detection and incident response
- 8Serve as technical liaison across engineering trading and risk teams to integrate blockchain systems into core workflows
- 9Mentor senior engineers and establish technical excellence within a high-performance environment
Requirements6
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain engineering smart contract development or crypto infrastructure
- 2Deep understanding of EVM/SVM architecture token standards ERC-20 ERC-721 SPL and DeFi primitives
- 3Proficiency in Python Solidity and JavaScript/TypeScript with experience using Hardhat and Foundary
- 4Hands-on experience with Solana development concepts including Anchor Framework SPL token integrations Program Derived Addresses and Cross-Program Invocations
- 5Strong knowledge of DeFi ecosystems including AMMs lending protocols liquid staking yield generation oracle networks and tokenization platforms
- 6Expertise in smart contract security reviews threat modeling and secure software development practices for institutional digital assets
