What You'll Do11
- 1Guide legal recruiting teams through partnerships with office hiring chairs and cross-functional leaders
- 2Develop state-of-the-art reporting systems for talent management analytics
- 3Manage firm-wide Legal Recruitment and Summer Associate budgets
- 4Oversee judicial clerk and law school student recruitment processes
- 5Design and execute summer associate programs with focus on onboarding and mentorship
- 6Lead non-partner lateral attorney hiring initiatives globally
- 7Ensure compliance with affirmative action requirements and data accuracy standards
- 8Drive recruitment strategy aligned with market trends and competitive intelligence
- 9Collaborate with Hiring Partners to identify and secure on-campus opportunities
- 10Maintain consistent recruitment policies across all offices
- 11Provide client service through professional communication and relationship management
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong leadership and management capabilities
- 3Expertise in Excel and data analysis tools
- 4Proven experience with recruitment software like LawCruit
- 5Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 6Certified in CPC Card or BCBA certification
- 7Demonstrated track record in managing hybrid work arrangements
- 8Strong knowledge of legal industry regulations and compliance frameworks
- 9Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- 10Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
