Versant Media seeks a strategic HR leader to drive people strategies across its diverse entertainment and digital platforms. Based in Universal City you will partner with senior leaders to align talent initiatives with business goals and lead an HR Coordinator. This hybrid role supports growth and transformation.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Serve as strategic HR partner translating business priorities into people strategies
  • 2Advise executives on organizational design leadership effectiveness and performance management
  • 3Lead talent reviews succession planning workforce planning and change initiatives
  • 4Partner with Talent Acquisition Compensation and Total Rewards to attract talent and support compensation processes
  • 5Use workforce analytics to inform decisions and evaluate program impact
  • 6Lead and develop an HR Coordinator ensuring operational excellence and consistent employee experience
  • 7Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions
  • 8Drive organizational change and foster inclusive culture across entertainment and digital platforms
  • 9Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion best practices

Requirements11

  • 1Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience including executive HR Business Partner roles
  • 2Proven track record advising senior leaders on organizational design talent management and employee relations
  • 3Strong analytical skills using workforce data to support strategic decisions
  • 4Experience leading large-scale transformations and managing complex people initiatives
  • 5Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • 6Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7Demonstrated ability to travel and work additional hours as needed
  • 8Bold experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes
  • 9Bold knowledge of media entertainment technology ecosystems
  • 10Bonus preference for familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools
  • 11Previous leadership experience in fast-paced matrixed organizations
